IMPORTANT: You must notify Boodalee before attempting a return. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted. You must have a RMA # before returning merchandise. Please contact us at info@boodalee.com with the nature of the return. We will provide you an RMA# and shipping instructions.
Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery. All items must be unopened and in salable condition.
All returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee and shipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE: If you purchased Boodalee merchandise from a retailer or online store other than Boodalee.com, you must return the merchandise directly to them. No unauthorized returns will be accepted or refunded by us.
